We understand when you book for an event that you fully intend to attend. However, sometimes life just gets in the way and ‘stuff’ happens.
Also, we know you’ll appreciate we have commitments to venues and caterers which have been pre-booked before the event date.
In order to strike a balance between these sometimes conflicting requirements, our refund policy is as follows:
For cancellations prior to 5 complete working days before the booked event we offer a 100% refund on ALL events.
For Lunch & Breakfast forum guests we can accept cancellations up to 48 hours before the forum. Members please note: As the Lunch or Breakfast forums are included as part of your membership, and are not a separate component, there is no adjustment for forums you cannot attend. We recommend you arrange for a colleague, friend or client to attend in your place wherever possible and advising our events team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be attending in your place. Alternatively a substitute forum can also be arranged by contacting our events team.
